1. These general conditions of sale are agreed between SAQ PRAZIAS, UNIPESSOAL LDA,
with headquarters Rua Camilo Castelo Branco, 2, 2nd right, tax identification number 503 064 882 and
contact +351 911 913 521, hereinafter referred to as “SAQ PRAZIAS“ and people who wish
to make purchases through the website www.bioshieldpro.com hereinafter referred to as "User".
2. The parties agree that purchases made through the website www.bioshieldpro.com will be
governed exclusively by this contract to the exclusion of any conditions
previously available on the website.
ARTICLE 1 – OBJECT
1.The purpose of these general sales conditions is to make available and define all
information necessary for the User regarding ordering, selling, payment and
delivery of purchases made on the website www.bioshieldpro.com
2. These conditions regulate all the steps necessary to place the order and guarantee the
follow-up of this order between the Contracting Parties.
ARTICLE 2 – ORDERING
1. The User places his order by completing the purchase process presented
on the website www.bioshieldpro.com, adding the product(s) or service(s) you wish to order
to the shopping cart:
2. To send your order, the User must:
a) Register on the website www.bioshieldpro.com, providing the information there
requested.
b) Login (providing a combination of email and password chosen by the
User upon registration).
c) Complete the information and choose the options made available to you throughout the
order completion process (delivery and billing address, shipping method, shipping method)

6. Order requests are valid for 180 days, unless the order is registered
under a promotional campaign that sets a different deadline,

If payment is not received by our services within the aforementioned

returned or used in a new order.
ARTICLE 3 – PAYMENT

Payment methods via Easypay - Instituição de PayPal Ltda:
a) Credit card (Visa, Mastercard);
b) Multibanco reference;
c) Transfer;

2. In the case of payment by credit card, the charge will be made to the User's card
immediately after confirmation of shipment of the goods. If some products
orders are sold out, their value will be credited to the customer's card.

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY
1. Orders will be delivered within 5 working DAYS after placing the order. Delivery is
carried out by the company CTT - Correios de Portugal, S.A.
2. Shipping costs will be added to the order. The cost of shipping

ARTICLE 5 – PRICES
1. Prices must be expressed in Euros, with fees and taxes included, taking into account VAT
in force on the date of payment for the order.

for canceling it.
ARTICLE 6 – CANCELLATION AND RETURN
1. The cancellation or return process is handled on a case-by-case basis by SAQPRAZIAS. THE

5. If the value resulting from the exchange of products in an order is less than or greater than the value
initial date, the settlement conditions will be indicated by SAQPRAZIAS.
ARTICLE 7 – PRIVACY POLICY
